Has anyone had success submitting an IAP-enabled app to the Tizen store?

My app is rejected with the following somewhat confusing message-

If developer use IAP service control(Get item list, get purchased list, get country list) or IAP Client control(purchase) with developer mode(_mode, 1).

Can’t purchase items through in-app purchase service during the validation process.

The app was submitted using normal/commercial mode=0 setting. Is this telling me that it should be submitted with developer mode=1? Or that the app was submitted using using developer mode=1 ( I perhaps made a mistake in submission ) and should not be?

The IAP works fine for me with developer mode, but no luck using commercial mode ( returns Process error 9000 for get_item_list operation ). I have one of the newer devices ( the “Model” setting just says “Tizen” so not sure of exact model number…) with 2.2.0. But I guess there is still no way for developers to test commercial mode IAP?
