I want to use my Gear S3 as Heart Rate Sensor(For example, Wahoo Tickr Fit)

So I use native application sample named BluetoothLEService of Tizen Studio and fix its errors, (tx_power_level setting error, advertiser callback error)

and install my Gear S3.

I want to connect Gear S3 to Samsung Health of Smartphone as Heart Rate Sensor.

Bluetooth LE advertising is success but Gear S3 not there as Heart Rate Sensor at scan list of Smartphone applications.

What should I do?
