I’ve got an HTML5 game called Mortar Melon, which runs fine on Windows 8, Windows Phone, FirefoxOS and some other devices. On Tizen I’m having an issue on an RD-PQ device which I’ve got access to, with the device getting very hot, the screen going black and then a hard reset being required in order to continue using the device. It’s worth noting that the phone hasn’t turned off, audio can still be heard and it’s still detected via USB.

The same problem occurs when loading the game through the browser. If I could get clarification that this is a hardware issue, then I’ll submit via the store in the hope that the issue is soon resolved. To repro, play through the first 20 or so levels. You should notice the device getting incrementally hotter, then framerate stutturing, followed by the black screen.

Any help would be much appreciated.
