I am building apps which can wipe data of wearable.

I had used API: http://tizen.org/privilege/dpm.security and I can wipe data with wearable (Tizen OS 3.X).

But I have a issue, I can not public my app on Store because API is “Privilege Level partner”.

According to https://www.tizen.org/ko/tv/privilege?langredirect=1

I need “partner-signed certificate which is granted to developers who have a business relationship with the vendor”.

How can I get partner-signed certificate ?
