Hi all

I started learn developing e few days ago because I dont find any apps for hourly chimes. The problem is that I dont know any programming languages and dont understand the guides/excamples at all.(My english isnt good enough) Can someone help me creating a standalone app for wearable with selectable time and sound/vibration?
