Hi,

So I noticed that all of the guides on applying for an author’s license are pretty straightforward.  Go to the SDK and hit the certificate button in the toolbar…

There’s just one problem.

I don’t have that button in my SDK (2.3.1rev1).

So, any help or suggestions would be appreciated.  The emulators aren’t working nicely with my hardware and I need a certificate anyways to upload my app (custom watchface) to my watch.  Thanks in advance.
