Hi all,

I’m just starting out with the Gear S and Tizen SDK, and i’m unclear about how the Gear S gets network access through bluetooth (at least i assume this is the issue).

I’m wanting to use a 3rd party scripted widget, which gives me a function acquired from a server link in the script. This used in HTML works fine on the Note 4 and on a PC, but the same code on the Gear S web app doesnt. I’m assuming that the Gear S app cant simply access the internet automatically and i have to first do something, but i dont know what that is… I tried adding the internet privelage to the config.xml, but it had no effect.

Unfortunately i cant post the script im using for security reasons, as it is of an access control nature.

Any help in understanding this would be greatly appreciated 🙂
