Is it possible to upload gear 2 integrated app on other play stores except samsung app store?

If yes, then how does the app signing process work in that case, because as mentioned here: http://developer.samsung.com/forum/board/thread/view.do?boardName=SDK&messageId=267590&startId=zzzzz~&searchSubId=0000000032&searchType=ALL&searchText=upload, “After you send it to Samsung App Store, they will delete the device certification part from your application.” But if we are submitting to any other app store, then certification part would remain as it is? Then will this app run on all gear 2 devices regardless of which DUIDs are included in registration?
