Migrating Outlook ANSI PST files to Unicode PST files involves exporting the contents of the ANSI PST file into a new Unicode PST file. Here are the steps:

Open Microsoft Outlook.

Click on "File" in the top-left corner and then click on "Open & Export".

Click on "Import/Export".

In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Export to a file" and then click "Next".

Select "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and then click "Next".

Select the ANSI PST file you want to migrate and select the checkbox to "Include subfolders" if you want to include all folders within the PST file.

Choose the location where you want to save the new Unicode PST file, and give it a name.

Under "Options", select "Replace duplicates with items exported" to avoid duplicates.

Click "Finish" to begin the export process.

Once the export is complete, you will have a new Unicode PST file with all the data from the original ANSI PST file.

Open the new Unicode PST file in Outlook to ensure that all the data was successfully migrated.

By following these steps, you should be able to migrate an Outlook ANSI PST file to a Unicode PST file. Repeat the steps for each ANSI PST file you want to migrate.

Greetings,
Peter
