I have created a Native Tizen App and submitted for approval twice. I got the folowing reply:

Couldn’t overwrite existing distributor certificate due to package resource permission
 

[Remarks]
The resource permission of application package which you uploaded Tizen Store causes a problem.
Once application submitted to Tizen Store, Tizen Store overwrite distributor certificate with distributor certificate of Tizen Store.
But due to package permission issue, Tizen Store couldn’t replace distributor certificate in the application package.
There are no permission both Owner and Group but write and execution permission granted only Others(003 : Owner Group Other)
Please modify all resource permission to 644(Owner Group Other) and re-submit your package through Tizen Store.

Since I used Windows, not Mac/Linux to develop the Tizen App, I cannot do ‘chmod 644’. Has anyone run into this issue before? Today I just resubmitted using ‘icacls’ on the entire folder of my app. I hope this will solve the issue.
