So i’m new to Tizen OS and my objective is to make an application specifically on Smart TV’s, I have been going through the tizen architecture of Web App

can i start my app over any other app(on foreground, currenlty visible or no application is running on phone) as soon as I receive a notification from backend on my application and its action is to trigger your app and show a certain view (an overlay)  to the User and block him from closing my app for a couple of time.
