Hello Masters and Blasters of Tizen!

I have a very simple yet powerful question for all application GUI guyz. I need to highly customize the EFL (Enlightenment Foundation Library) elementary widgets (EFL is supported very well by Tizen) in appearance only and not in functionality. 

Is there any easy or quick way to do this ?
