tizen sdk 2.1.1

new command line build tools are not fully implemented bases on our test. The tools build single ui app perfectly. But it cannot build ui+service app. It will not package service app, while ide will.

Another problem is, it does not support release build. This is really not professional, people usually create auto build for their release process, what is the point to only support debug build in command line tools!?
