Has anyone been able to use the codemaze javascript obfuscator?

I have installed it according to the directions, however the menu items are simply not showing in my IDE.

I’m not sure if this is the problem, but I noticed there is no plugin.xml in the zip.

Also, I’m running OSX 10.10.1
