Hello, 

Does anybody know the meaning of below clause in Tizen Incentives terms and conditions? 

“Any application that is pre-loaded on the Tizen mobile devices, it will be excluded from the list of candidates eligible for prizes.”

Does it mean the apps that compete with pre-loaded apps are not eligible to receive awards in Tizen Incentives?

I’m developing a Home Launcher app. Would it be disqualified because it is competing with native/pre-loaded Home-Launcher app?

I saw that Nougat Launcher was a winner in Feb but not sure if developer of that app got the prize under Tizen Incentives.
