I’m developing with the 2.2 sdk, and am using a test device that is at 2.2 as well.

Check author certificates in Preferences > Tizen SDK > Secure Profiles > Profile items

This certificate is valid, I’ve recreated it just to make sure, and the only other fix I’ve seen is to make sure the device time is correct, which it is.

*FIXED

If anyone else has these issues, its because of hidden files and folders.  In my case, it was .svn and .DS_Store files.  Deleting those recursively through the command line fixes the emulator install.
