Hello

I’ve had a standalone application in the Samsung Gear Apps for some time now. I’ve received numerous comments with suggestions of adding a phone component as well. The application started as a tiny project, so I didn’t think about integration with the phone then, but now I think it’s a really good idea and that it would be a big step forward.

I’ve looked at the documentation and it doesn’t seem difficult, there shouldn’t be many problems. However, when updating the application in the store I noticed that actually, I cannot change the application type. The Standalone/Companion options are greyed out.

Am I missing something? There surely must be a way to change this. Maybe it will only change when I provide a proper binary?

Can somebody shed some light?
