I can’t import the certificate-registration.xml file (that I received from Samsung) in the Tizen IDE on Mac OS X.

I click the ‘Register Certificate’ button, select the xml file and enter the password, after that an error message appears: 

Certificates are not generated because of unknown reason

Why is this happening? How I can register the certificate?
