Certificate request page redirects to customer support page instead of login page

I think I made the problem clear on the title but let me elaborate further.
I download latest Tizen from downloads page, from Tizen package manager I opted in for certificate package as well. But when I try to request a Samsung Tizen Certificate via UI sequence; Register Certificate Toolbar Button > Create an author certificate > Create a new certificate > Request, I first get a popup kindly asking me to login Samsung account , then the page gets redirected to a nonsense Samsung costumer service page. This page is titled “CONTENT & SERVICES CUSTOMER SUPPORT HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?”, and alerts “Please confirm your email.” repeatedly. This happens on Windows 7 64 bit, has IE11 installed and both are up to date. For the record, it is in a corporate network .
I have tried changing Eclipse’s default browser, which had no effect on the outcome. I’ve also connected the PC to another network, still same.
I have also successfully retrieved author and distributor certificates in my personal PC running Linux, and successfully installed some apps to Samsung Gear 2. Can I reuse those certificates in Windows PC, too? If yes, how?
This place seems a little uninhabitated but still I have hope 🙂
