Hi, In 2.2.1 SDK there was an option to select the application category in the manifest xml as homeapp, ime or lockapp. Currently i am using 2.3.0_Rev2 SDK, but this option is not available now. I am trying to develop a custom launcher application for which this option is required. Please let me know if it is completely removed or will be available in upcoming releases? Also please let me know how to develop a custom launcher app (home screen alternative) without this option. regards Sriram.
