Hi all – pleeeease help : fighting for a few days now…

Have just “Hello world” testing app – successfully running on emulator … when trying to  push to real watch – Certificate error :

Doing the same via SDB causes :

even “Permint to install applications” from Device manager causes :

certainly have my certificates Profile set (actually even did it twice ):

What am i missing ?!? what to do ?!?
