I’m trying to request a Commercial Seller Status, but when I click the Request button (after filling in all information), I always get an error in the Submit Documents section. It says that “The image must not excede 5 MB”, but the image that I uploaded, is under 300 KB!

How can I do? Thank you in advance for your help!
