I have an app that runs well on my reference device and I submitted it to the app store for validation. Unfortunately validation failed because the app crashed when starting up on the reviewer’s device. The reviewer was unable to attach a crash log because the device hasn’t been released yet. I’m unable to reproduce any kind of problems on my test device and without a crash log I have no idea where to even start. I’m running Tizen 2.2.1 on my test device. Any ideas on what might cause a device dependent crash on startup or how I might be able to get more information about the crash on the reviewer’s device would be appreciated. Thanks.
