I tried to run Web sample but it does not work, I also tried to download Native but it ends up as a PDF guide instead, must be a site error it is linking to the wrong thing to download.

The Web sample for IAP the app UI runs, but I can’t even retrieve a list of countries in Developer tab. If I try to retrieve the list of items, nothing happens and trying to do anything else error pops up saying “Already running”.

After some digging, I arrived at the prospect IAP simply isn’t available or properly setup, but I’m not sure that is so; I am running IAP Sample on Emulator, using 2.4 image, I am at Canada, I have not setup any account besides Tizen Store, but no accounts set within Emulator. Any clarification is appreciated.
