Does anyone know how to call the Gear S3 ‘Power Saving’ item in the settings menu directly?

I want to put my Gear S3 into power saving mode using Web API or Native API and call the app already developed by Samsung. Or at least to create my own app that disables all functions apart from:

Calls

Messages

Notifications

Limit max power
