I don’t see the “Register and Register a Certificate” button on my IDE

I don’t see the “Register and Register a Certificate” button on my IDE

I’m on a mac and I installed the Certificate extention but I don’t see any Register and Register a Certificate button. I looked everywhere but there’s no button whatsoever. Where should I look for it? can’t I show the menu from the CLI?
