Signing failed during generating a package

Hello!

I have created a new Tizen native application. Then I’m trying to build a TPK package using  this https://developer.tizen.org/help/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.tizen.native.appprogramming%2Fhtml%2Fapp_dev_process%2Fpackaging_app.htm help instructions. I have successfully created developer certificate, but when I tried to build a package, I’ve got an error

Error: Could not find or load main class org.tizen.common.sign.signer.TizenSigner
Signing failed!

My operation system is Windows XP 32bit. Full reinstallation of SDK does not change anything. Presence or absence of the distributor certificate does not affect the appearance of the error.

Could you please give me any idea to solve this problem? It’s really blocking one.
