I found the reason is invoking rpmkeys:

/usr/bin/rpmkeys –checksig –nosignature /var/tmp/mic/cache/packages/Tizen-main/XXXXX.rpm

If is this reason, how to make mic faster on execute rpmkeys? or, any other method?
