Isn’t it due to Tizen SDK 2.2.1 upgrade on test devices?

My app is submitted to Tizen App Challenge (Cool Reader, id=000000005965).

Will suspension cause removing of my app from the Challenge?

Can I submit new version built using SDK 2.2.1? Will it allow me to participate in challenge?
