My app needs to show status notification with image, music, and vibration.

In the emulator, the result is as below

The music is not playing, I get it, maybe the emulator does not support MP3 playing just yet

No vibration, fine. 

But the image is all black which is weird as my image is just plain vanilla 24×24 JPEG file with green background and black icon. How so?
