Can not extract SDK image file for Windows® 7 32 bits

The SDK image file for Windows® 7 32 bits platform  tizen-sdk-image-2.2.0-windows32.zip  is giving me a diagnostic message in winrar   ” The archive is either in unknown format or damaged” while trying to extract. Please help me out .
