On my samsung galaxy active 2 watch I like that I can swipe left or right and there is that (v) check indicating “default” page (where other pages are just simple dots).

How to achive that in my app? I’m currently using CarouselPage but I cannot find solution for it.
When I try using CarouselView but I failed with that one. 
When I tried use examples like XStopWatch then after upgrading Xamarin to latest version it stops displaying anything and I have same problem with my app.

Could you share some example how to achieve that? Especially that mark and behaviour with default page.
