Hello, 

I am not sure if this is the correct place to share but the TV player of 60AU807 is terrible. I have Serviio DLNA server from where I am playing videos, but with the default player, it is quite slow, it shows movies with double extension e.g. movie.mkv.mkv, therefore it does not read subtitles, and the rewind UX is terrible.

What is the best way to report these to be fixed? Do you know of good samsung TV players that I can install?
