When I install Tizen Studio 4.1, I can’t get Device Manager to open at all. I don’t see it in the list in the Package Manager where the support documentation said it would be under Tizen SDK tools > Baseline SDK, but the icon and shortcut to open it do exist. When I go to open it, I see the following error:

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? I’m a bit of a novice at this stuff, so thank you for your patience.
