This is Andrea Owens from NewYork. I am a Content writer in US based firm. One of my office friend & I are planning to build a community related to all content writing information, hacks, tips & digital age content writing skills, Where everyone can easily discuss their problems, situations & more importantly lots of book publishing section where they can share their ideas & someone could be able to help others from professionals to beginners. 

Coming to the point now, We don’t have a website & we are planning to create own just related to forum discussion discussion platform. Being a non technical person I don’t have any ideas which platform would help me creating a forum. Second, I don’t know  which cms platform to opt.

I have researched & found phpBB is one of the best cms platform & The Installation of phpBB . Please guide me where should i buy the domain & then what should I do, I don’t know the requirements of starting the forum.

Any Guide from you guys would help me so much.
