I tried downloading Tizen Stiudio 3.6  with IDE installer(window/origin)several times. But it all failed. The error that failed to download is networking error(example speed). So I tried to downloaded it to another computer. But results were the same. Only 1.6MB/516MB is downloaded, and failed downloading. I want to know why and how to solve it. I will really appreciate your help
