How can I debug a web site when viewed in the “Internet” browser on a Samsung Smart-TV?

After much further ado, I have been able to use Tizen Studio 3.3 on my macOS mojave installation to connect to the samsung-tv over WiFI network – however in Google Chrome “chrome://inspect”, the pages that I browse in the Internet browser do not show up.

* I am not planning on creating any app at this point.
